A visionary tech entrepreneur, product strategist, and investor, Mohammad Albattikhi has built a career at the intersection of innovation, technology, and impact. With over a decade of experience founding and scaling startups across the MENA region, he has successfully led multiple ventures from concept to acquisition—transforming ideas into products that drive value, inclusion, and growth. Currently serving as Director of Mobile Products (Sanad) at the Ministry of Digital Economy & Entrepreneurship, Mohammad leads national-scale digital initiatives that enhance accessibility, user experience, and citizen engagement.


Before his current role, Mohammad founded and led RhinoSoft, a software development company that delivered innovative educational products to global markets, culminating in a successful acquisition. He also served as Chief Product Officer at Knowledge Pathways, spearheading the development of a multimillion-dollar eLearning platform for the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. His entrepreneurial journey includes founding several impactful startups such as Bilforon, HimamLMS, and Dahab Jo, empowering hundreds of women entrepreneurs and advancing digital learning across the region.


A recognized voice in the startup ecosystem, Mohammad has held leadership positions at Oasis500 and Western Michigan University’s Starting Gate Accelerator, and was a founding member of Zain Innovation Campus (ZINC). Holding an MBA from Western Michigan University and advanced certifications in agile and product management, he continues to bridge business and technology with a mission to scale innovation that serves people and purpose.
