With more than two decades of experience across investment banking and corporate finance, Zaid F. Nassif is a distinguished financial leader with a strong track record of shaping landmark transactions in Jordan and across the region. As Chief Executive Officer of United Financial Investment Company (UFICO), he focuses on expanding access to capital markets, strengthening corporate governance, and advancing financial innovation. His leadership combines deep transaction expertise with a long-term commitment to building stronger and more accessible financial markets.

Zaid’s career has been defined by high-impact transactions and pioneering financial milestones. At Jordinvest, he supported corporate clients in raising more than USD 300 million through bond issuances while advising on privatizations, mergers, and spin-offs. As Head of Corporate Finance at Amwal Invest, he led the historic USD 1 billion IPO of Tameer Real Estate, the largest IPO in Jordan at the time. He later co-founded Ithmar Invest and oversaw landmark transactions including the JD 125 million bond issuance for Aqaba Development Corporation, PADICO’s first bond issuance in Palestine, and Palestine Commercial Bank’s first convertible bond. His leadership subsequently continued at Sanad Capital, where he guided advisory and investment banking services covering securities placement, valuations, restructuring, and corporate finance.

Today, Zaid continues to contribute to the development of the financial sector through executive and board-level leadership. Alongside his role as CEO of UFICO, he serves as a Board Member of BHM Capital and the Securities Depository Center of Jordan, Co-Founder & Director of Yaseer B2B, and Member of the Board of Directors of United Insurance PLC. His professional philosophy extends beyond transactions, emphasizing trust in financial markets, strong corporate governance, mentorship, and positioning Jordan as a hub for financial excellence. He holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from the University of Salford and a BSc in Banking & Finance from Lebanese American University.
