With over four years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, and operations management, he has built a strong track record of streamlining processes, optimizing efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results. His expertise spans SAP ERP systems, inventory control, P&L management, and large-scale operational planning, enabling organizations to operate with agility and precision.

Currently serving as Project Manager at THA Staffing, Yousef progressed from Senior Operations Manager within the same organization, where he played a pivotal role in refining operational structures and elevating workflow performance. He also contributed to international event operations as Senior Manager – Human Resources Operations for the Saudi Arabia Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, supporting large-scale, high-visibility initiatives. His earlier experience at Top Glow, Raz Medical Company, and Cure Development further expanded his capabilities in procurement strategy, supplier engagement, and operational efficiency enhancement.

A BBA graduate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Western Michigan University and certified as a CIPM and CIPP professional, Yousef combines data-driven decision-making with strong leadership execution. Fluent in Arabic and English, he is passionate about operational excellence, strategic sourcing, and continuous improvement—consistently seeking opportunities to create efficient systems that empower teams and drive sustainable growth.
