Fojo has successfully managed project portfolios valued at more than AED 7 billion. As Executive Director at RMB Contracting LLC, he leads large-scale infrastructure operations, driving strategic execution, operational excellence, and sustainable project delivery. Combining strategic leadership with deep technical expertise, he transforms ambitious infrastructure visions into resilient, high-performing projects that contribute to the region’s long-term development.

Throughout his career, Yehya has progressed through senior leadership roles at RMB Contracting LLC, Noor Al Sahara General Contracting LLC, and Ghantoot Transport & General Contracting, overseeing multidisciplinary teams of more than 200 professionals while delivering some of the UAE’s most demanding infrastructure developments. His expertise in project management, contract administration, planning, cost control, and value engineering has consistently generated cost efficiencies of approximately 20%, ensuring complex projects are delivered with exceptional quality, commercial performance, and operational excellence. His ability to integrate innovation with disciplined execution has earned him a reputation as a trusted leader in the construction and infrastructure industry.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Misr University, a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Heriot-Watt University, a Master’s degree from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), and a Master’s degree from the Universidad Católica de Murcia (UCAM). He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), where his research focuses on the implementation of Artificial Intelligence in the construction of smart cities.
