Mona Mobarez is an experienced contracts and claims management professional with more than 20 years of experience in construction, engineering and industrial projects. Specializing in contract administration, claims resolution, commercial negotiations and risk management, she supports project teams in navigating complex contractual obligations, protecting business interests and ensuring effective project delivery.

Since April 2021, Mona has served as Senior Contracts and Claims Manager at Agile Project Management Advisors. Previously, she worked as Contracts Manager at ASEC for Manufacturing & Industrial Projects (ARESCO), where she managed pre- and post-contract activities, including tender negotiations, contract drafting, variation orders, claims settlement, subcontractor agreements and contractual compliance. Her expertise includes applying FIDIC standard forms, managing contractual correspondence, monitoring key obligations and advising project managers on contractual risks and disputes.

Mona built a strong foundation in contract management during more than 11 years at EHAF Consulting Engineers, progressing from Contracts Engineer to Senior Contracts Engineer and Deputy Contracts Manager. She holds professional credentials including Project Management Professional (PMP), alongside qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb) and the International Construction Contracts Management field.
