Her expertise spans strategic communications planning, media relations, stakeholder engagement, and digital storytelling, enabling organizations to align messaging with global priorities and deliver measurable impact. Known for translating complex and sensitive issues into compelling narratives, she advises senior leadership and leads high-profile campaigns across complex, high-stakes, and crisis-affected environments.

Throughout her career, Lina has played a pivotal role in strengthening communications frameworks and public engagement strategies across leading international institutions. She has led the development of comprehensive communications plans for multi-sector programmes at UNDP, established SOPs to streamline communication processes, and ensured compliance with international branding standards for major donor-funded initiatives. During her tenure with the U.S. Embassy in Amman, she spearheaded strategic media engagement, counter-disinformation efforts, and public diplomacy initiatives, while managing a $2.5M+ grant portfolio and delivering high-level analytical insights to senior leadership and policymakers.

One of Lina’s proudest moments in diplomacy was pitching and securing an exclusive interview with Nancy Pelosi during her 2023 visit to Jordan. Holding the microphone in that moment, she witnessed firsthand the tangible impact of her work—an experience she considers a defining milestone in her career and a testament to her ability to translate strategy into high-level access and visibility.

Currently co-leading with a team of global experts disinformation, media monitoring, and digital reputation management efforts for GazaPalestine with Médecins Sans Frontières (Amsterdam Office), Lina continues to operate at the forefront of strategic communications in complex environments. Backed by an MA in International Relations from King’s College London and a strong foundation in cross-cultural communication, she combines analytical rigor with storytelling excellence to influence public discourse and support policy objectives.
