With more than two decades of banking experience, Lina Aljaradat has built an impressive career with Jordan Kuwait Bank, progressing through a wide range of customer service, branch operations, and leadership roles. As Branches Network Director, she leads the bank’s branch network with a strong focus on operational excellence, customer experience, and effective branch performance.

Lina’s journey at Jordan Kuwait Bank spans more than 24 years, beginning as an Administrative Officer in the Branches Department and later progressing through roles including Customer Service Representative, Branch Supervisor, Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, and District Manager.
