Currently serving as Senior Associate – Talent Acquisition at Milaha, she leads white-collar recruitment across multiple business units while supporting hiring activities for Milaha’s offices in Doha and Dubai.

Throughout her career, Khouloud has built extensive expertise in sourcing and attracting mid-senior to executive-level professionals, talent strategy, workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment process optimization.
