With nearly two decades of experience in corporate banking, project finance, sustainable finance, and strategic advisory, Fadi Khalil is a distinguished banking leader focused on helping businesses make stronger financial and strategic decisions. As Head of Corporate Banking at Jordan Kuwait Bank, he leads corporate banking initiatives with a strong emphasis on business growth, financial innovation, strategic financing, and long-term value creation. Throughout his career at Jordan Kuwait Bank, Fadi has delivered significant growth across corporate and project finance. As Director of Corporate Banking and Project Finance, he achieved 11% growth in the corporate portfolio within his first year and helped JKB secure recognition as Best Corporate Bank at the World Fintech Summit 2022. Earlier, he drove a 584% increase in the project finance and syndications portfolio, helped establish JKB as a Mandated Lead Arranger, and contributed to major transactions including the St. Regis Project, As-Samra Wastewater Treatment Project, Amman Municipality financing, Abdali Medical Center, and a major private-sector solar energy project.

Beyond corporate banking, Fadi has played an important role in advancing sustainable finance in Jordan. He leads the Green Finance Committee at the Association of Banks in Jordan and serves on the boards of Ejara Leasing Company and the Center of Energy and Environmental Sustainability in Industry. He has also advised international organizations including the World Bank and pursued specialized executive education in Green Bonds and Sustainable Finance at Stockholm School of Economics, alongside training in Supply Chain Finance and Blockchain Technology from the New York Institute of Finance.
