With more than 20 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, Deema Marji is a seasoned financial leader with a strong track record of advising on some of the largest transactions in Jordan. As Head of Corporate Finance at Capital Investments, she brings deep expertise in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic financial advisory. Her career reflects a consistent ability to navigate complex transactions while delivering value to businesses, investors, and stakeholders across the financial sector.

Alongside her executive role, Deema has built an impressive portfolio of board-level responsibilities across Jordan’s financial and corporate landscape. She currently serves as a Board Member and Investment Committee member at Delta Insurance Jo, as well as a Board Member of Tamweelcom and ZainCash.jo, where she contributes through Audit Committee responsibilities. Her previous board role at JWICO further reflects her extensive governance experience and ability to provide strategic oversight across diverse organizations.
