A results-driven project management professional with more than 15 years of experience in construction and infrastructure development, Ahmed Bembawy serves as Project Management Director at Orascom Development Egypt. A PMP®-certified leader, he specializes in delivering complex construction projects through strategic planning, resource optimization, budget control, and stakeholder collaboration. His expertise spans project planning, construction management, risk mitigation, contract coordination, and operational execution, ensuring projects are completed efficiently while meeting quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

Throughout his career, Ahmed has progressed through senior leadership roles at Orascom Development Egypt, including Senior Project Manager and Senior Construction Manager, where he successfully managed multidisciplinary teams, optimized project delivery processes, and oversaw large-scale developments from planning through execution. Prior to joining Orascom, he served as Senior Design Manager at El-Araby Group, leading design teams and managing project resources, and built a strong technical foundation through engineering consulting roles with DRTPC and SMI. His broad experience in structural engineering, design management, and construction supervision has enabled him to deliver high-quality projects while maintaining financial discipline, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Committed to excellence in project delivery, Ahmed combines technical expertise with strong leadership, strategic decision-making, and effective communication to drive successful project outcomes. Alongside his PMP® certification, he holds both a Master’s degree and a PhD, further strengthening his expertise in engineering, construction, and project management.
